Shipping & Returns

1. Shipping / Delivery Time & Methods

  • Orders received before 2 p.m. EST Monday–Friday ship the same day. Orders after 2 p.m. ship the next business day.
  • Weekend orders placed after 2 p.m. Saturday ship on Monday.
  • Saturday and Sunday are not considered shipping days. Example: a 2-Day order on Thursday may arrive Monday.
  • The order date is not counted as a shipping day.
  • Most packages ship UPS to physical addresses; USPS is available upon request.
  • PO Boxes can only receive USPS mail. Fastest method: USPS Express (charged at 2-Day rate, not guaranteed overnight).

2. Shipping & Handling Flat Rates (U.S. Orders)

  • Standard Ground: UPS Ground or USPS Priority (PO Box) — $8.95
  • Second Day: UPS 2nd Day Air or USPS Express (PO Box) — $22.95
  • Standard Overnight: UPS Next Day Air — $36.95
  • Overnight w/ Saturday Delivery: UPS Saturday Delivery (limited areas) — $46.95

Deliveries to rural areas, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and APO/AE addresses may require additional time.

3. Holiday Delays & Acts of God

USPS and UPS observe federal holidays; shipments processed or in transit during holidays may be delayed. No refunds will be issued for holiday delays or delays caused by Acts of God, weather, labor disputes, government regulations, or events beyond carrier control.

4. Signature Requirement

  • Orders over $95 require signature confirmation for credit card security.
  • Incorrect billing addresses will trigger a signature requirement.
  • Requests to waive signature absolve us of liability for missing or stolen packages marked as delivered.

5. Additional Shipping Notes

Carriers charge fees for rerouted or refused packages. A $10 fee may apply for address corrections, refused packages, or unclaimed shipments.

6. Return Policy

All sales are final. At our discretion, reasonable returns or exchanges may be accepted within 30 days if products remain sealed and unused. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Incorrect or defective products qualify for prepaid return labels.
  • Unsealed or opened products are not eligible for return.
  • Refused or undeliverable packages may incur a $10 return fee.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

Many products include a manufacturer’s satisfaction guarantee. Please contact the manufacturer directly with proof of purchase (receipt & UPC). We can provide receipts or manufacturer info upon request but cannot provide duplicate UPCs.

We do not guarantee accuracy, color reproduction, or specifications beyond approximate values. All products and services are provided “as is” without warranties except those from the manufacturer.
